A Valentine's gift

Image
A spicy cryptic for Valentine's Day. This was made using using Ingrid and hand editing the JPZ file. I have tested this in a few solvers and it works fine but I really made this this puzzle with the Crossweird Solver in mind. Dob has made a really great tool for the community and is much better than the solvers of major crossword outlets. ❤ Dob  This puzzle has a unique shape and fill. There are no across clues, instead they are replaced with ❤ clues. ❤๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’œ entries are written in the grid left to right (in V shapes). White cells are not checked by these clues. Down entries are normal.    Open fullscreen solver  or download  JPZ

New year, new puzzle. Another midi themed effort I hope you enjoy. This year again the plan is to try and do a puzzle a month but whether this actually happens is probably based on how many good ideas I can come up with.    Fullscreen link    Crosshare Open fullscreen solver

Hidden Depths

It has been a bit since I posted a puzzle. I should really make more. This one took a bit to get right. This is a variety cryptic so there is a bit of extra work involved to finish the puzzle.  One entry will tell you the problem and another will tell you the solution.  Good luck   Full screen link

Secretly trade LeBron for superstar of 25

Another themed midi-cryptic. This time it is a sports No basketball knowledge necessary! (maybe it helps a little)

No Sir

  Another mid sized cryptic. Enjoy!

A Jigsaw for AntZ

A second puzzle! This time it is an ABC jigsaw variation. So what is the starting point of ABC Jigsaws? Get a grid with 26 entries. Of course trying to do that in a smaller grid canwork but leaves a lot of answers with very short lengths. So I tried halfing the number of clues and using the first and last letters for my pangram.  It was rather constraining but I think the result is pretty good. This was made as an iPuz using a googlesheet provided by Alex Boisvert and I am posting it with a Crossword Nexus applet because they work with iPuz and Crosshare doesn't. Read the Notes for info on how to solve.
